The second week of the UCD AFC Summer Soccer camp drew to a close on Friday.
Another wonderful week at the UCD AFC Summer Soccer Camp came to an end on Friday as the boys and girls collected their medals and certificates of achievement. With a week of fun filled games, skills and matches behind them it was time to say goodbye for another week. Overheard at the UCD AFC Summer Soccer Camp
Before we let the boys and girls head home to enjoy their weekend we caught up with a number of them to find out what they really think about the UCD AFC Summer Soccer Camp:
Nathan: "I've done this camp for the last three years and I get great enjoyment from it. I love the tournaments, the skill drills and the coaches. The coaches teach you loads about football and it is a great place to learn."
Sean: "We get the chance to learn football skills, meet new friends and play great games. Dave and Barry are my
favourite coaches."
Hugh: "This is my fifth year doing the UCD Soccer Camp. My favourite coaches are Barry and Paul and my favourite games are Killer Cone and Shooting Stars."
Sam: "The UCD Soccer Camp is the best soccer camp in the world! I like the soccer and the coaches are really nice, my favourites are ... eh... all of them! Killer Cone is my favourite game and the tournaments are great too."
Nicola: "I like everything! Especially the coaches, my favourites are Mick, Barry and Dave!"
Lelia: "The coaches are great, I like Killer Cone, Links and messing with the coaches!"
Isabella: "I like Killer Cone and I like talking to Mickey Mouse (aka UCD AFC Captain, Mick Leahy)
