UCD AFC v Drogheda United, Friday 3rd September 2010, UCD Bowl, 19.45 KO

UCD AFC play Drogheda United on Friday 3rd September with a 19.45 KO. drogheda_united_crest

Central defender Andy Boyle is out of UCD’s crunch match against fellow strugglers Drogheda United tomorrow with a knee injury.   He joins long term absentees David McMillan and Sean Harding whilst Brian Shortall and Chris Mulhall are both suspended.

Former Students midfielder Peter McMahon, on the other hand, is free from suspension and looks certain to feature against his former club.

UCD have twelve points in hand on Drogheda who are immediately below them in the Airtricity Premier table but it’s still a must win game for the College if they are to mainatain their challenge on Galway United for the last safe place in the Division.   Former UCD boss Pete Mahon can also do his old club a favour if they win in Terrylands.
