UCD beat Shels 2-1 at Tolka Park in the Airtricity League last night
Goals from Dave McMillan and Paul Corry secured Martin Russell's team's third win of the season.
Philly Hughes had equalised for Shels after Dave McMillan had given The Students the lead but Paul Corry's 88th minute cracker ensured UCD stay in touch with Dundalk and Bray at the bottom of the table.
