UCD AFC beat Tralee Dynamos 3-1 in Tralee in the Newstalk A Championship.
UCD traveled into the west to take on Tralee Dynamos and raced into an early lead thanks to two early penalties from Stephen Roche. Sloppy defending left the referee with no option but to point to the spot on both occasions and Roche made no mistake from 12 yards. UCD continued to dominate proceedings and after Tralee threatened to get something from the game with a late goal, Paul Corry put the game well beyond doubt finishing expertly to ensure there was space on the bus home for another three points.
